This is about a REPAIR. I can not emphasize enough that the store to visit when shopping for jewelry is Colors Duty Free in St. Kitts. In October 2015 we were on an RC cruise where one of the stops was St. Kitts. As anyone who cruises knows, there is a "list" provided by the cruise line of reputable stores to visit while on shore. I have always preferred to try the smaller, more attentive, perhaps family run stores in order to maintain a healthy competition for all of the bigger ones on this "list". This is what brought us to Colors Duty Free. From the onset we were treated so well by those in the store. I almost felt like family! Their prices were reasonable, however, Jacky bent over backwards to find me the ring that I wanted for the right price. It was even sized correctly while we were in port! Fast forward to May of 2016. By accident, I damaged my ring and was devastated. No jeweler here in my region of Southern Ontario was able to repair it because it was a specialty item and the chocolate diamonds were set in a certain way. I was able to contact Colors Duty Free and with the help of Bunty, I sent my ring back to them for repair. They were able to replace 2 missing stones, returned it t me via priority post, and kept their word on the original quoted price for the repair. I can't be more thrilled at their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Please bypass those bigger outlets and shop at Colors Duty Free....they will not disappoint!

In December 2014, one of the ports of call on my Caribbean cruise was Saint Kitts. I had been in the market for a Canary Diamond and had looked in several jewelry store on other islands as well as on the ship. I was never happy with the color (not deep or vibrant enough) or the setting. I stopped into Colors Duty free Jewelers to see what they had. Jacky was so welcoming, helpful, and patient. Plus, he showed me some beautiful pieces. I finally found the Canary Diamond I wanted- in the loveliest setting! Jacky provided all the information and reassurances I needed, as well as the appraisal. I left the island a very happy lady with my beautiful Canary Diamond Ring!It doesn’t end there …. Because I was so impressed with his service and his collection of fine jewelry, the next year I was in a market for a stud earring, so I emailed Jacky about it. He quickly responded with pictures on the Diamond Earring actually on a woman so I could see how they look. The Quality of the stones was Amazing. As it turns out, my sister was going to be on a cruise that was stopping in Saint Kitts in the next month, so I asked her to stop in and see the earring. In fact, allowed my sister to call me and tell me about the earrings. My sister tried them on and Jacky took pictures of the earrings on her and emailed them to me. They were Stunning and my sister gave me them her stamp of approval. She said she had never seen such pure white stones! I received them shortly thereafter. I am thrilled with them.I always wear my Canary Diamond Ring and many times a week I wear my Diamond studs. They make me feel so pretty! Who knows what other ideas I’ll have for Jewelry? Wonderful Experience. My wife and I were on a Royal Caribbean cruise that passed through St. Kitts. This was our first, and not last, visit to this piece if paradise. Colors is a Gem of a jewelry store with wonderful inventory and the friendliest employees on the island. We purchased matching Movado Sapphire watches that are both more beautiful in person. Just returned from our second holiday to Saint Kitts, as per our previous visit, a trip to this beautiful island wouldn’t be complete without calling in at Colors Duty Free Jewelers.
